Hi TR Experts,

Quite new to GTD and Thinkingrock, I love the way my productive increased by incorporating the principles, still learning.

Is there any way in TR that I can keep track of the actual time spend in each tasks, I do give estimates in the time field like 15 min, 30 min or 1 hr but some times my actual time spend is very different on each tasks. and at the end of the project, I have very less accurate data, The actual time spend vs the estimated time.

I was looking for a functionality like when I start executing a task from my Today Tab or Do ASAP tab, I can right click it and start a timer in TR like an egg timer and if some interruptions comes I can stop the timer and restart it again when I restart the Task. TR will have a column showing the actual time spend on the activity.

Would love to see if there is some feature like this which I have not yet explored.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Thomas!

I use Grindstone to track time, mainly for reporting. It's a very nice tool and free!
