Data (dates, status and delegated) is reset so that you don't need to do it manually.

For the current tab you are in, the refresh is done automatically as previously. For example: if I am in my Today Tab and re-scheduled something for tomorrow, the action will automatically disappear from the Today Tab actions list and its counter will be decreased by 1. The Next week Tab counter and list will only be updated once I click on the Tab.

When you set it, don't forget that it means that if there is a crash and TR needs to restart from your recovery file, you will lose the data you have entered during the last interval time before the crash. This change of frequency should improve the responsiveness of TR.
