To share your data file between multiple computers, you can save your ThinkingRock data file and the Review Actions screen settings (ReviewActions.xml file) to a shared network drive, such as OS X's, Mac iDisk or an AFP (afp://) or SAMBA (smb://) mounted shared drive.

We use Dropbox to synchronise the files through the web without any problems. Please use our referral link https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTIwMjkzMTk if you decide to join Dropbox so that we get extra space. You might need to know your proxy server details. Remember to close ThinkingRock application when you leave one of your location otherwise the data file does not get synchronised to the web dropbox.

A user has written an article on how to set up the configuration file for TR so that you also keep all your preferences.

Other users have recommended Syncplicity or FolderShare.
